All deals will be valid until 31st December 2021 with some blackout dates during the high season months. Its our goal that the purchased deals will be redeemable for most of 2021.

Voucher expiry dates can be extended but the final say will always rest with the venue of which you purchased the voucher for. We always recommend that customers contact the venue directly to request an extension. If they are happy to accept the expired voucher, you do not need a new voucher.

If you wish to change the date of your booking at the venue, we advise you to contact the venue directly to book, this should not be a problem but is subject to availability and supplementary fees may apply.

Refunds are usually only processed within 14 days of purchasing the deal. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and any such requests should be emailed to info@mygolfdeals.ie and we always aim to get back to requests within 24 hours. If you have already booked into a venue and wish to cancel the voucher or receive a refund please email us confirmation of the booking cancellation from the venue along with your request to info@mygolfdeals.ie

What is being offered for sale is a My Golf Deals voucher (i.e. a credit voucher), for a product or service, as described in the deal.

You can start using/booking most deals the day after they have been purchased.

Booking is always required when redeeming your voucher. Any further redemption instructions will be included in the Fine Print section of any deal.

Yes. Please always quote My Golf Deals when booking.

You will receive an email with the PDF voucher attached. Alternatively, to download your My Golf Deals voucher in the PDF format please follow the steps below:
1) Log on to www.mygolfdeals.ie
2) Click on the login button
3) Enter your username and your password
4) Once logged in, please click on the "My Orders" section of "My Account"
5) You can download and print your voucher from here

Yes! Don't worry if your name is on the My Golf Deals voucher you are giving. As long as the reference number hasn't been used yet, anyone you give the voucher to won't have a problem redeeming the Voucher.

Sometimes. If a deal is successful and more vouchers are released for sale by agreement with the featured business, it may run on the website for a further limited time.

Yes. You may claim a refund while the deal is still active. Once the deal has finished, refunds will be dealt with on case by case basis. For all refund enquiries simply email info@mygolfdeals.ie and the customer support team will assist you.
